Media and nonprofit technology — Centreville Tech builds websites, donor experience, and streaming platforms for Christian radio and mission-driven organizations.

Nonprofits and media organizations face a particular challenge: every dollar and every hour should serve the mission. When technology is fragile, expensive, or poorly aligned with how donors and audiences actually behave, that mission is harder to fulfill.

At Centreville Tech, we build and maintain software and websites for media and nonprofit clients who need reliability, clarity, and outcomes they can measure. We care about this space. We have worked with national Christian radio, community newspapers, and mission-driven organizations because we want to put our best foot forward for work that matters. When we take on a project, we treat it with the same accountability we would expect as a donor or listener ourselves.

If your organization is ready to improve its digital presence, donor experience, or internal systems, we would welcome a conversation.

Talk Through Your Technology Needs

If your nonprofit or media organization is outgrowing its current systems or spending too much on third-party tools, we would be glad to hear what you are trying to achieve and whether we can help.

Why Media and Nonprofits Choose Centreville Tech

We do not treat nonprofit and ministry work as a side practice. We treat it as core work. That means we show up with the same discipline we bring to commercial projects: clear communication, realistic timelines, and systems that are built to last and to be maintained without constant emergency fixes.

We also share a natural alignment with mission-driven organizations. We would rather invest in projects that serve audiences and communities than in work that does not. When we partner with a Christian broadcaster, a community newspaper, or a nonprofit, we are not checking a box. We are committing to understand your goals, your constraints, and how technology can support both.

Our Work with Haven Today

Haven Today is one of the longest-running Christian radio programs in the country, broadcasting since 1934. We had the privilege of working with them on several fronts.

We rebuilt their mobile app to reduce high third-party costs and improve donor and listener satisfaction. We built a custom tracking platform to monitor listen time for copyrighted music playback, so they could report accurately and stay compliant. We rebuilt their website to improve both donor experience and donation frequency and size. When they ran major giving campaigns, we kept their sites stable and available so that donors could give without friction and the team could focus on the mission instead of fighting downtime.

You can read more about that work in our Haven Today case study, and learn about their ministry at HavenToday.org. The engagement was a good example of what we aim for: clear outcomes and technology that supports the work instead of getting in the way.

Donor Experience and Giving

Donors expect a smooth, trustworthy experience. When your giving flow is confusing, slow, or unreliable, you leave money and goodwill on the table.

We design and build donation experiences that are clear, secure, and easy to use. That can mean integrating with your existing CRM and payment providers, improving the path from landing page to confirmation, or building custom tools that match how your organization actually runs campaigns. The goal is to increase donor satisfaction and giving frequency and size, not to add complexity.

Websites and Content Platforms

Your website is often the first place supporters and audiences meet you. It should load quickly, work on any device, and reflect your mission without breaking during a major push or campaign.

We build and rebuild websites for nonprofits and media organizations using platforms like WordPress, with a focus on maintainability, performance, and uptime. We have kept client sites running through major giving events and traffic spikes so that staff can focus on content and fundraising instead of putting out fires.

Streaming, Audio, and Custom Tools

Media organizations need more than a basic website. They need reliable streaming, custom audio players, and sometimes internal tools for tracking, reporting, or rights management.

We have built custom web audio players, streaming integrations, and tracking systems for broadcast and ministry media. If your organization needs to deliver audio or video reliably, report on usage accurately, or replace expensive or inflexible third-party tools, we can help design and build a solution that fits your workflow and your budget.

A Partner You Can Count On

Nonprofits and media organizations deserve technology partners who show up, communicate clearly, and stand behind what they build. We do not overpromise. We do not disappear after launch. We document what we build, train your team when needed, and stay available for support and improvements.

If you are a ministry, broadcaster, community newspaper, or nonprofit looking for a technology partner who will treat your mission as seriously as you do, we would be glad to talk.
